Reservation Policy

  • We do not check in any foreign/NRI guest without valid passport and visa.
  • All major citizens are required to furnish either of the photo ID proofs for verification-Voter Card/Driving license/Passport/Pan card.
  • Check-in denied by hotel due to lack of Photo id Proof / Address proof will not be eligible for any refund and will be considered as “NO SHOW”.
  • Extension of room nights only subject to availability.
  • Early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability & on extra charge basis 60% of room tariff till 06:00 PM.
  • Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Extra Person 6 years or above with or without extra bed will be on extra charge.
  • Extra Bed-Bedding on the floor (No Cots).
  • Complimentary Breakfast is served only in restaurant and not in the room/parcel. On a daily changing menu basis buffet from 08:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
  • Confirm bookings only against 70% advance and it is on first cum first serve basis.
